Heather Cruise
Heather is the founder of Victory Hill Farm & Sanctuary, a regenerative space rooted in love, education, and healing. With a background in botany, storytelling, and community-building, she created the farm as a bridge between nature, culture, and opportunity. From Los Angeles to Tanzania, Heather’s work centers on empowering youth, supporting ethical land stewardship, and fostering connections across continents. She oversees all aspects of the farm—from soil to sanctuary—and is deeply committed to creating spaces where children, animals, and ideas can grow.

With deep roots in Tanzanian soil and culture, Lomayani brings both wisdom and heart to Victory Hill Farm. He co-leads the farm’s agricultural work, supports livestock care, and serves as a trusted mentor to children and staff alike. His connection to the land—and to his heritage—shapes the soul of the sanctuary.
